To my patients, their parents and referring doctors. I have now retired from practice.

I will miss all members of my practice but leave for the next phase of my life with a sense of optimism. It allows me more time with my family than was possible during life as a busy paediatrician.

I began training in 1971 and began practice in the Shoalhaven as the first resident paediatrician in 1984. Since we computerized records in 2005 I have accumulated 25785 files of individual patients that I have cared for.

I thank my family, secretaries and community for the support I have received during a demanding and satisfying career.
